The PlayStation 5 is here and it looks like Sony went with the white, blue, and black theme all throughout the console and its accessories. I love that color scheme so I'm not complaining.

Here is a look at the entire PlayStation 5 family:
From left to right: DualSense, PlayStation 5 (by default, they're calling the one with the disc drive just PlayStation 5), PlayStation 5 Digital Edition (no disc drive), Wireless Headset, Media Controller, Charging Dock (with two DualSense controllers), HD Camera.
Here's a look at the PlayStation 5.
The regular version has power and eject buttons, along with one USB-C and one USB Type A in front.
Here is a look at the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition.
The Digital Edition looks sleeker because it doesn't have a disc tray. It's also likely cheaper, but the tradeoff is you won't get a 4K Blu-ray player, because you know - it doesn't accept Blu-rays.
We don't know what the back I/O looks like yet, I don't think it was revealed, but it's very likely to have a USB Type-A port, an HDMI port, and power. I'm not sure how likely it is to have an optical audio port since the PlayStation 4 slim doesn't have one.
Here's a look at the DualSense controller -- something I'm keenly looking forward to trying out and reviewing. Wanna buy an extra one to pick apart.
That is a thing of beauty, isn't it? Clear plastic buttons, the curves, the textures - it's all so sexy.
Here's a look at the DualSense charging dock.
Looks like it can hold two at a time. Expect all of these to be sold separately.
Here's the PlayStation 5 HD Camera:
The HD Camera is likely to serve the same function as the old PS4 Camera - for detecting your controller in 3D space and/or for VR. It looks like Sony isn't giving up its dreams for VR just yet. I hope VR tech improves and becomes more affordable to a point that it makes financial sense for developers to create an actual, functional library for it.
Here's the PlayStation 5 Media Remote:
The PlayStation 4 also functions as a 4K Blu-ray player. If you've got a 4K TV and a PS5, it makes sense to take advantage of 4K Blu-rays, right? Your controller will work, too, for sure, but this is just a more conventional way of controlling your media.
Here's a look at the PlayStation 5 Wireless Headset:
The PS5 Headset looks clean! I love the curves and the edges. Sony has historically been a good manufacturer of audio products. I'm just disappointed in the inclusion of a dongle. I thought we'd be dongle-less by 2020. It sucks because if the back of the PS5 doesn't have extra USB ports, then the single USB port in front will already be taken up by this thing.
There hasn't been a price announced yet, as of today, June 12, 2020. However, speculation is that it might be in the ~$599 range if the leaked and removed Amazon listing is anything to go by.
