Computex this year is going to take place on June 5 - 9, 2018. It ends right as E3 starts. It will be held at TWTC Exhibition Hall 1, Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, Taipei International Convention Center. And like it does every year, it'll serve as a showcase for all of the big computing hardware players - from mainframes and connectivity and gaming. You can expect the big names to be there.
Gamdias is, of course, also going to be there, and they were nice enough to give us a preview of the gear they'll be showing off at the show.
Cyclops and Astrape power supply series
Power supplies don't usually have to look sexy. If anything, they're the most utilitarian of all PC parts these days. But Gamdias has managed to make them look just inviting with RGB. Because everything needs RGB these days. As much as I don't wanna admit it, sometimes, my purchase decisions are tipped by the availability of RGB.
The Cyclops X1-1200P is for more pro users while the Astrape (this is really unfortunately named) M1 is more medium range.
Chione Cooler and Aeolus PC Fan Series
AiO coolers don't usually perform better than air coolers but they do save on space above the CPU and doubles as case fans. Since these are going to stick on the front of your PC, you will need RGB to make your rig pop.
Hades M1 Wired/Wireless Mouse
Wireless mice are now performing just as well as wired mice, especially the higher end ones. Gamdias is looking to bring the M1 into that same category. That Hades is looking mighty fine. It seems to have weights to customize how much heft your mouse will have, and knowing myself, I'd put them all in there just so I don't lose them. Also looks to have on-the-fly DPI switches and thumb buttons - so all in all, it's perfect for me. I'm not 100% sure what those things on the right are, though.
Talos Case Series
Very rarely do I look at PC cases and fall in love. The Gamdias Talos M1 just made my heart flutter a bit. It's flanked by 4 tempered glass panels and RGB lighting. HOT DAMN look at that thing. It's SEXY AF! I'm seriously considering buying one of these bad boys.
They're going to show off more mice, keyboards, mouse pads, and gaming chairs at Computex, so make sure to catch them at booth no. L0608, Nangang Hall 1, 4F if you'll be at Computex this year.
